We all need belonging and support.

Yet for those of us practicing non-monogamous relationships, it can be hard to find either—creating overwhelm, disorientation, or loneliness when the people closest to us don’t understand.

The Nourishing Non-Monogamy Lab exists to change that.

Craving a space where you can bring your jealousy, confusion, and tenderness—and be met not only with understanding, but with real tools to grow?

This is it. You don’t have to be alone in your big feels.

What’s included in the The Nourishing Non-Monogamy Lab?

Inside this online membership, you’ll get a mix of live, weekly support guided by Aria Diana: a mix of community practice spaces, drop in office hours every other week to ask questions, 24/7 community connection, a growing library of somatic meditations, short videos, worksheets, and guided tools, and starter practices so you start seeing wins right away.

Here you’ll always have a resource (and a community who gets it) to lean on when non-monogamy feels tender or complex so that you can move from overwhelm into steadier, more secure connection.

  • Practice Labs are twice monthly interactive sessions where you’ll regulate, connect, and practice conscious relating skills in community—so non-monogamy feels less chaotic and more grounded.

  • Drop in for live, group Q&A with Aria every other week. Submit your stickiest questions ahead of time about non-monogamy, boundaries, somatic regulation, metamours, or coaching logistics. You’ll get targeted guidance, quick tools, and gentle accountability. Come for answers, stay for community.

  • Our WhatsApp Community is a 24/7 connection space where you can meet fellow relationship explorers around the world, share reflections, swap support and accountability, and feel less alone on the path of conscious non-monogamy.

  • A growing library of nervous system support tools—like breathwork, tapping, visualization, and grounding—designed to shift you out of fight-or-flight and into embodied safety. Use them anytime you feel activated, so you can steady your system, stay present in connection, and build resilience when things get hard.

  • Journaling prompts and self-awareness practices that help you see yourself from a new lens, notice and name reactive patterns, and bring unconscious fears or desires into the light. These tools create a supportive space to explore what you truly want and interrupt cycles that no longer serve you.

  • Short, actionable videos (3–10 minutes each) that give you quick somatic wins and simple communication tools you can use right away. Start with the 10-Day TRUE On-Ramp, then dip back in whenever you need a reset—so you always have a steadying practice or script at your fingertips.

I feel so much more comfortable in my non-monogamous journey and more capable of navigating inevitable road bumps as they arise. "

The Pathway to Embodiment:

Weekly Online Support & Community Practice Labs

Each month, you’ll get a mix of different types of weekly support. Together we’ll rotate through two of the four practice labs, below, with Office Hours woven in on alternating weeks. This rhythm ensures you’re not just learning in theory—you’re actively practicing across the full spectrum of skills needed to thrive in non-monogamy. And you’ll have space to ask questions in real time, hear from others walking a similar path, and learn through shared experience.

These labs aren’t just workshops—they’re group practice spaces designed to help you notice and shift what’s really happening beneath the surface:

  • When are you making choices from anxiety or insecurity instead of grounded self-trust?

  • Where do you stumble in communication with your partners?

  • What old mindsets are you still carrying that no longer serve your vision of more liberated love?

In community, we’ll transform limiting beliefs, automatic reactions, and defensive patterns into new, embodied ways of relating—ways that feel more empowering, spacious, and aligned with your values.

🌊 Resilience Lab (Somatic regulation + nervous system support)

A guided space to reset your nervous system and return to center. Each session offers somatic practices like breathwork, tapping, visualization, and grounding to help you shift out of fight-or-flight and into embodied safety. These practices build your capacity to stay present in connection—especially when things feel hard. This is where regulation becomes a ritual, and resilience becomes a skill.

🫂 Belonging Lab (Story-sharing + affirmation)

A gently guided story-sharing space—designed to help you feel more seen, connected, and affirmed in your lived experience with open relating, non-monogamy or polyamory. Each session invites you to explore a meaningful theme—like jealousy, longing, compersion, boundary rupture, or chosen family—within a small group setting.

👂 Listening Lab (Conscious communication)

Begin with somatic grounding and questions to help you reflect on places to refine your agreements, then move into breakout groups to practice conscious communication and tender listening using tools like NVC, mirroring, and validation.

🔄 Relating Lab (Troubleshooting scenarios)

Small-group practice pods where you’ll brainstorm together about how to move through fictional non-monogamy scenarios, explore layered relational dynamics, and strengthen your capacity to hold the complexity of open relating.

  • SOMATIC REGULATION & NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT FOR NON-MONOGAMY: Somatic tools + nervous system practices to return to center and feel safe connecting.

  • SMALL GROUP STORY SHARING FOR NON-MONOGAMOUS COMMUNITY: Affirmation so you feel seen, supported, and less alone.

  • CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION PRACTICE FOR NON-MONOGAMY to create agreements and prevent conflict

  • TROUBLESHOOTING NON-MONOGAMOUS SCENARIOS SCENARIOS

  • “The program has helped me evolve — philosophically, emotionally, and even spiritually, as I witnessed Aria and my fellow classmates together tackle old paradigms and ways of thinking. I’m coming out of the program with a whole new mindset, a new set of tools and frameworks to help me navigate the path ahead, and a greatly increased capacity to cultivate more love and joy in my life.”

    - MICHAEL

    Polycurious

  • "Aria creates the most gentle, loving, judgement-free, and fun space to honestly explore non-monogamy. I was able to apply the tools Aria taught me to navigate some powerful conversations with my lover. When I feel wobbly I am able to pull out my tool box and regulate myself in a way that I couldn't before."

    - EMMA

    solo poly 4.5 years

We have news ways of relating to each other, building healthy means of communication allowing us both to feel heard and cared for. "

👋 Who I Am

I’m Aria Diana—a relationship coach and somatic facilitator with over 12 years of lived experience in polyamory and non-monogamy. My work blends somatics, mindfulness, communication, and trauma-informed coaching to help people move from overwhelm and insecurity into steadier, more connected relationships. You can read more about my story and approach here.

Why I Created the The Nourishing Non-Monogamy Lab

Because secure, connected non-monogamy shouldn’t feel out of reach for anyone.

Belonging matters.

Non-monogamy can feel lonely when friends, family, or even therapists don’t understand. This membership is where your experiences are affirmed and welcomed—whether you’re solo poly, newly open, practicing relationship anarchy, or navigating a complex poly constellation.

Access matters.

Too many people are left without affordable support or safe spaces to ask real questions. Here, tools and community aren’t gatekept. You’ll always have resources and a circle of people who get it—so you don’t have to navigate non-monogamy in isolation.

Practice matters.

Skills like regulation, communication, and repair can’t just be learned in theory—they are relational skills that need to be practiced in community, with compassion and repetition.
