What are the The Nourishing Non-Monogamy Practice Labs?

These labs aren’t just workshops—they’re group practice spaces designed to help you notice and shift what’s really happening beneath the surface:

  • When are you making choices from anxiety or insecurity instead of grounded self-trust?

  • Where do you stumble in communication with your partners?

  • What old mindsets are you still carrying that no longer serve your vision of more liberated love?

Each practice space ends with Q&A time with Aria. Ask questions in real time, learn through shared experience, and build confidence in applying what you learn.

👋 Who I Am

I’m Aria Diana—a relationship coach and somatic facilitator with over 12 years of lived experience in polyamory and non-monogamy. My work blends somatics, mindfulness, communication, and trauma-informed coaching to help people move from overwhelm and insecurity into steadier, more connected relationships. You can read more about my story and approach here.

Why I Created the The Nourishing Non-Monogamy Lab

Because secure, connected relationships — no matter the structure — shouldn’t feel out of reach for anyone.

Belonging matters.

Non-monogamy can feel lonely when friends, family, or even therapists don’t understand. This membership is where your experiences are affirmed and welcomed—whether you’re solo poly, newly open, practicing relationship anarchy, or navigating a complex poly constellation.

Access matters.

Too many people are left without affordable support or safe spaces to ask real questions. Here, tools and community aren’t gatekept. You’ll always have resources and a circle of people who get it—so you don’t have to navigate non-monogamy in isolation.

Practice matters.

Skills like regulation, communication, and repair can’t just be learned in theory—they are relational skills that need to be practiced in community, with compassion and repetition.

Designed to be Accessible for a Truly Global Community

The Navigating Non-Monogamy with Aria Diana community now spans 45 U.S. states and 61 countries, and still growing every day.

Wherever you are, you’ll be among people who get it.

To honor this global network, Practice Labs are scheduled with accessibility in mind. Most live calls take place on Tuesday evenings (PT/ET)—ideal for North America—while some rotate into Wednesday mornings (PT) to better include members in Europe, Australia, South Africa, India, and beyond.

In community, we’ll transform limiting beliefs, automatic reactions, and defensive patterns into new, embodied ways of relating that feel more empowering, spacious, and aligned with your values.

You’ll be invited to stay present with your body, your thoughts, and your feelings.

And, if it feels right, to engage in compassionate dialogue with other open-hearted relationship explorers.

(You’ll always have choice about how much you share or engage).

Practicing non-monogamy often places us in uncharted territory—
moments where we often have no roadmap for how to move with grace.

With practice, our needs come into focus.

With practice, our defenses soften.

With practice, our words land with honesty and care.

With practice, our bodies guide us like a compass.

With practice, our relationships expand into connection, joy, and pleasure.

Think of these practice labs as strength training to deepen emotional intelligence and embodied self-awareness.

FAQs

  • Yes. Whether you’re just opening up, experimenting, or years into non-monogamy, these practice spaces meet you where you are. You don’t need prior experience—just curiosity and a willingness to show up present in your own body, with your own thoughts and feelings, and maybe, if it feels comfy to do so, share a little bit about your own experiences with others who are also questioning monogamy.

  • Absolutely. Even seasoned non-monogamous folks benefit from nervous system practices, thinking ahead about complex relational dynamics, strengthening communication tools, and being surrounded in supportive community. Think of it like strength training for your relational life—you can always go deeper.

  • Replays are NOT available. This is not something to passively consume.

These are live practice spaces, which require engagement, presence, and consensual participation. You will always be given options in terms of how much you want to share with others.

  • This isn’t therapy. And while it’s supportive, it’s not just about venting—it’s about practicing. Labs are interactive spaces where you actively build skills in nervous system regulation, conscious communication, and relational skills that will serve all types of relationships in your life.

  • You’ll always have choice. Some Labs invite personal story-sharing in breakout rooms, others focus on group brainstorming or solo meditative regulation practices. You decide your level of participation. Quiet reflection and observation are just as welcome as speaking.

  • That’s completely normal. Many people feel tender walking into their first session—especially in a world where non-normative relationship choices are often misunderstood. Every Lab begins with grounding practices to help you settle your body and ease in. Trust is something we build together over time. Clear group agreements create a compassionate container, and Aria’s facilitation style is gentle, supportive, and non-judgmental.
